Responsibilities
  • Open accounts: reconciling each of our manufacture accounts for payments to/from them for Parts Warranty Incentive Money ETC
  • Fixed assets: depreciating and expensing of our larger assets
  • Become familiar with all Service - Parts - Bodyshop and Sales Managers as you will have frequent correspondence in person and via email
  • Ability to learn accounting software as you will be required to extract - understand - and organize data from our CDK/Lightspeed accounting software
  • Proficiency within Microsoft office specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Excel includes Sorting and Filtering VLOOKUP - Conditional Formatting - and other simple formulas
  • Stay organized and develop a routine that allows you to perform each task on a regular basis
  • Perform other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is preferred
  • We strongly desire a history of successful employment with demonstrated leadership experience
  • A desire to learn and grow with a great company
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic workplace
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
  • You must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
