We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Outbound Call Specialist to join our sales team at Young Toyota in Logan. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about automotive sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. As a Sales Outbound Call Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate sales leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Respond to internet leads within 10 minutes with a phone call and/or email
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Sales Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming sales calls/leads - instant messages - chats
  • Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Sales Manager and Sales Professionals
  • Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience helpful
  • Previous call center experience a huge plus
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to acquire a State of Utah Salesperson License
  • Ability to thrive in a production oriented environment is essential
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
