If you have previous service experience in Automotive and/or Powersports, this is a great opportunity. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading teams. Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic group of Service Technicians and Service Advisors to reach their maximum potential
  • Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
  • Commit to grow professionally and personally
  • Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
  • Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
  • Manage technician productivity
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
  • Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualifications
  • A passion for growth

  • A proven work ethic consistent with our culture
  • A proven history of success leading a team in the automotive or powersports service industry
  • Knowledge of powersports and fixed operations
  • Demonstrated success as a trainer
  • A clean driving record
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Knowledge of Lightspeed EVO is a plus
