Young Powersports of Idaho is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers to promote our products and services, schedule appointments, and generate sales leads. The Sales Outbound Call Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Salary or hourly wage plus commission and bonus Full Time 2.00

Responsibilities
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Respond to internet leads within 10 minutes with a phone call and/or email from 3 dealerships
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Sales Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming sales calls/leads - instant messages - chats
  • Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Sales Manager and Sales Professionals
  • Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory
  • Eventually lead a team of Business Development Specialists
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience helpful
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Previous call center experience a huge plus
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to acquire a State of Utah Salesperson License
  • Ability to thrive in a production oriented environment is essential
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
