Young Powersports of Centerville is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Powersports Parts Associate to join our team. The Parts Associate plays a critical role in supporting our parts department by assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities	Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional and efficient manner May require selling parts to all internal and external customers over the counter through the shop or on the phone or may entail pulling orders Reports to work on-time and as scheduled Maintains a good driving record and is considered “insurable” by our auto insurance carrier Communicates with internal and external customers in a respectful and courteous manner at all times Drives safely and courteously at all times Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated accounts Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership Ensures that areas of the parts department are properly stocked and organized Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash - sweeping floors and dusting parts bins daily Crates all cores for shipment back to the manufacturer when part has been replaced Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications	A passion for powersports Demonstrated stable work history with good references 2 years related experience and/or training Valid Driver’s License and good driving record Able to pass background and drug screening Previous power sports and parts experience extremely helpful!
