Young Subaru is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lot Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our dealership lot. The Lot Technician plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our customers and maintaining the high standards of our dealership.This is a full-time position and requires a flexible schedule. You must be available to work a 40 hour schedule that varies between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. with some late evenings periodically, Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. Responsibilities
  • Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly
  • Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Assists with cleaning the shop and supporting the service and sales teams as needed
  • Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management
Qualifications
  • History of excellent attendance and work performance
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Valid Driver’s License (good driving record required)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
