The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our ecommerce operations, including customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and product uploading. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer service best practices. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience, and maximizing the online presence of Young Powersports. Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including email - phone - and live chat
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Implement and optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate order processing - shipping - and delivery to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Work closely with warehouse and shipping partners to monitor inventory levels and address any fulfillment issues
  • Implement strategies to minimize order errors and shipping delays
  • Monitor inventory levels across all product categories and locations
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations
  • Develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
  • Upload new products to the ecommerce platform ensuring accurate product information - images - and pricing
  • Maintain product catalog integrity by regularly updating product descriptions - images - and attributes
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure product listings are optimized for search and conversion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business - Marketing - or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or related field
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify - WooCommerce - Magento) and Lightspeed
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory management software is a plus
