Responsibilities
  • Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Answers incoming calls
  • May accept payments via cash or credit card for down payments
  • Completes data entry and various reporting tasks
  • Assists Service and Sales Departments with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • You must have:
  • A history of excellent attendance and prior work performance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
  • A strong work ethic
  • Strong excel skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
