The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Responds to internet leads within 10 minutes with a phone call and/or email
  • Schedules appointments
  • Confirms appointments and reschedules no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Sales Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming sales calls/leads - instant messages - chats
  • Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Sales Manager and Sales Professionals
  • Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience helpful
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
