The schedule for this position is Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM with a day off during the week. Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with Powersports Service Requests - Maintenance Needs - and Repair Issues
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department's work orders
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding the status of their Powersports vehicles and any service or repair needs
  • Provide recommendations on services or repairs based on customer needs and Powersports vehicle requirements
  • Monitor service department performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction - productivity - and profitability goals are met
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure that service work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
  • Previous Powersports or Automotive industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve department and company objectives
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the group
