We need strong Parts Managers who are proven leaders who can help us expand in UT markets. If you have previous parts experience in Automotive and/or Powersports, this is a great opportunity. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading teams to increase market share. With 30 dealerships now, and more on the way, there's lot's of room to grow within our group. Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic group of Parts Drivers - Parts Associates and Warehouse Support Staff to reach their maximum potential
  • Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
  • Commit to grow professionally and personally
  • Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
  • Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
  • Actively participate in effective training and development meetings

  • A history of exceeding expectations and performance metrics at all levels
  • Demonstrated success as a trainer
