In this position you will perform onsite and offsite audits with a focus on our Sales, Service and Parts Departments at our 29 dealerships. Responsibilities	Perform remote and onsite audits with a focus on the Parts - Sales - and Service departments at 30+ locations Internal Auditing includes checking and verifying physical inventory vs listed inventory taking sample data and verifying proper procedures are followed and ensuring internal guidelines are being met Become familiar with all Service - Parts - and Sales Managers as you will have frequent correspondence in person and via email Report findings to General Managers Executives and other members of the Audit team 10% of time is spent out at each of the locations checking inventory sales licenses buyers guides and performing other instore audits Be comfortable spending time on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to learn accounting software as you will be required to extract - understand - and organize data from our CDK/accounting software Safety Compliance audits
Qualifications	Proficiency within Microsoft office specifically Excel and Outlook Proficiency in Excel includes; Sorting and filtering VLOOKUP Conditional formatting and other simple formulas Stay organized and develop a routine that allows you to perform each audit on a regular basis Some Accounting knowledge preferred Perform other accounting duties as needed This position is still in its infancy and will grow as you grow in your understanding of the Young Automotive Group The position allows you to understand the role of all employees across the group and determine ways to make everyone’s role more efficient.
