We are seeking a motivated Title Clerk to work in our Combined Office in Layton, UT. In this position you will process car deals and verify cost for the accounting department, including the cost of reconditioning and equipment add-ons. You will also handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. We are known as an employee and customer centered business and we're proud of the culture we have here. Responsibilities
  • Pulls original vehicle invoices for payoff by bookkeeper
  • Maintains the permit book tracking log
  • Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
  • Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
  • Assists in monthly closings
  • Prepares tax and title documents
  • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
Qualifications
  • You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A desire to learn and grow with a great company
  • A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
