As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers find the perfect powersports vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. With a focus on customer service and sales excellence, you will guide customers through the sales process from vehicle selection to financing options, ensuring a positive and memorable buying experience. Responsibilities	Assisting customers with vehicle purchases from several power sports manufacturers Creating lifelong customers - through service - value and support Training on the latest strategies Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications	Prior sales experience is a plus but not absolutely required A familiarity with powersports including but not limited to Arctic Cat and Polaris A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential Valid driver’s license Good driving record Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
