The Young Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Return Specialist to join our team at our Wholesale Parts Warehouse. As a Return Specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer returns, ensuring that all returned parts are inspected, verified, and properly stored. Responsibilities
  • Process customer returns efficiently and accurately
  • Inspect returned parts to ensure they are in resalable condition
  • Verify returned parts against purchase orders and invoices
  • Document all returns in the inventory management system
  • Restock returned parts to appropriate warehouse locations
  • Communicate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to returns
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse environment experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
