Responsibilities
  • Manage a Development Support Help Desk - including responding to clients about bugfixes - website/product updates - and assigning tickets to developers
  • Frequently pulling serviced and sold data for dealerships
  • Send daily reports to executive team and dealerships
  • Creating logins for teams with our in-house platforms and products
  • Communicate and work with 3rd party website companies
  • Utah PGA Digital Golf Pass Support - responding to calls/emails about account set up questions and update passes yearly
  • Manage the live chat systems on each Young Dealership's websites - adding/removing users - setting up new locations - trainings - reporting - etc
  • Minor updating to dealerships websites (banners - staff page - etc)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Understanding of basic HTML - CSS - and JavaScript preferred
  • Great understanding of Excel or Google Sheets as well as other Microsoft Office products to generate reports
  • Understanding of technological terms such as API - Authentication and CMS and the ability to explain those things in an easy to understand way
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • 1+ year of experience preferred
